Our founder and CEO, Ancil Lea, has over 31 years of experience in the healthcare and technology industries. He founded Ancil Lea & Co. in 1991 after working with IBM, medical software technology solutions and providers and hospitals.  Since then, he has worked with several thousand clinics, medical providers, hospitals, and out patients surgery centers in connecting them with the right solution for their needs.

During this time, Ancil saw the need for healthcare entities to have a trusted partner that could provide comprehensive services in both technology and marketing. In order to help healthcare practices implement and adopt new technology practices and market them to patients, Ancil formed Ancil Lea Consulting.
